Guvenc is a member of the Advanced Solutions Lab at Amazon Web Services, specializing in decision optimization solutions. He holds a PhD in Operations Research and worked as a professor for 16 years. Guvenc was awarded the prestigious Alexander von Humboldt Fellowship for his contributions to public transportation systems planning. Before joining AWS Professional Services, he served as a scientific advisor, helping to develop SaaS solutions for FMCG industry. Currently, his work focuses on supply chain optimization, including transportation and logistics planning, as well as manufacturing operations.
Amar Sanghera leads AWS Supply Chain Strategy & Go-to-Market across Worldwide Retail, Restaurants and Consumer Goods customers. In this role Amar leads strategy, business development and go-to-market for AWS and pan-Amazon supply chain offerings delivering both physical and digital solutions to customers globally. Amar’s background includes extensive technology and line of business customer engagement and solution development experience in Retail and Consumer Goods focused on supply chain, operations, omni-channel, and digital core. Prior to joining AWS, Amar held global consumer industries advisory leadership roles at IBM and Infosys, as well as supply chain executive roles at Johnson & Johnson, and Cummins.
Stefan is Solutions Architecture Lead for Retail and CPG at Amazon Web Services in Germany, where he leverages over 20 years of technology experience to help customers drive innovation and business transformation through the cloud. Pawel is a Solutions Architect in the Manufacturing domain at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Germany, where he works with customers on driving cloud adoption and innovation. He brings over two decades of technology experience from companies like Volkswagen, focusing on pragmatic solutions and a passion for IoT/OT and machines. Pawel's background in Software Architecture and his extensive knowledge of the digital supply chain enable him to help customers in Germany modernize their existing procurement, shopfloor and IT operations.
Alex currently leads the Automated Technology, Strategy & Insights teams, responsible for defining and delivering future fulfilment operating models across their International cluster. In his 6 years at HelloFresh, he has held multiple leadership roles in their Technology group, HelloTech, leading supply chain product globally. Prior to joining HelloFresh, he has 20 years experience working in retail technology delivery and consulting roles with Sainsbury's, Javelin Group and Kurt Salmon. He holds an MSc in Physics from Imperial College London.
